The Community that Fits the Way You Want to Live

Find your own way of participating in community life

You May Recognize Some of This

You are curious about how your body and senses shape the way you live your life.

You notice that you function well — but perhaps not always in a way that feels sustainable.

You want to understand your patterns without reducing yourself to an explanation.

You long for a deeper connection with what gives you energy, direction, and meaning.

You want to explore new ways of being in life - together with others.

This is the Community for You

A place where you can explore your body, your senses, your relationships, and your way of being in the world together with others.

As a member, you get:

One live Q&A each month
Bring your questions, share something from your own life, and explore it together with others.

Guided practices and exercises
Practices that help you sense, orient yourself, and create more space for what matters to you.

Teaching and inspiration
New perspectives on the senses, the body, orientation, relationships, development, and participation.

A community to share with
Meet others who are also curious about how we can live with greater presence and stay more connected to ourselves and one another.

Space to explore at your own pace
You don't need to have a specific goal. You can simply bring what is on your mind right now.

You don't need to have the answers beforehand.

You can come with a curiosity.
A question.
Something that feels difficult.
Something you long to explore.

Here, you can explore it together with others.

Deeper Exploration of Practice and Awareness

Lama Somananda Tantrapa is a co-founder of Resiliency Centre.

Would you like to dive deeper into his teachings?

For some, the community becomes a place to land.
For others, it becomes the beginning of a longer practice.

If you feel drawn to explore awareness, dreams, embodied practices, and in-depth training programmes, there are also opportunities to continue your journey through Lama's work.

He is the founder of Academy of Qi Dao, creator of Qigong and Mastery Coaching professions, and producer/host of Mastery Dojo Show dedicated to self-mastery and self-realization. He authored several books, including The Art of Being in the Flow and Manifesting the Life of Your Dreams that I highly recommend.

About Ane

I have always been fascinated by what happens between people and the world around them.

How are we affected by what we see, hear, feel, and experience? And how can we create conditions that make it easier to feel alive, curious, and engaged?

What creates authentic motivation and a sense of inner aliveness?

Our senses are our doorway to contact and connection. They bring us to life.

  • Moving your body is not the same as being in contact with your body.
  • Knowing something about yourself is not the same as sensing what you need.
  • Looking at someone is not the same as truly seeing them.
  • Listening to someone is not the same as hearing what they are really telling you.
  • Having a body is not the same as feeling at home in it.
  • Eating food is not the same as truly tasting it.
  • Being intelligent is not the same as being aware of cause and connection.

As an Occupational Therapist, I have spent many years working with people, activities, and environments, and with understanding why something becomes possible for one person, yet difficult for another.

My work with sensory integration has given me a language for something I have long been curious about: that the way we sense the world also shapes the way we experience and participate in it.

Today, I explore how our senses, bodies, activities, and environments are interconnected, and how we can create better conditions for being present, taking action, and participating in our own lives.

This is where my work begins: at the meeting point between the body, the person, and the world we live in.
