THE PRINCIPLE OF FLOW
The mandala does not turn by force. It turns when the system allows it — like water.
When the body is stabilised, attention settles. When attention settles, rhythm emerges. Flow is not created. It appears when resistance is reduced.
This is why the model moves from Regulation → Attention → Rhythm in sequence. Water does not push. It finds the path that is already open.

This is not only a model. It is a way to navigate life. When something feels off, the compass gives you four questions to locate where the disruption begins.
