Ane Viuf-Herseth
Co-founder · Occupational Therapist · Sensory Integration Specialist
Ane works at the intersection of occupational therapy, sensory integration, activity science, and human thriving.
She is interested in how our bodies, activities, relationships, and environments shape the way we experience the world and participate in life.
Her work ranges from sensory-informed learning environments for children and young people to supporting people through life transitions and exploring how wellbeing, meaning, participation, and a vital sense of belonging can grow throughout life.
For Ane, the body is not something that needs to be fixed. It is a living orienting system, a compass that can help us find our footing, direction, and a more authentic way of participating in life.
Our Shared Vision
We want to be part of creating a culture where...
A culture where we do not always have to choose between one thing and another, but can explore how opposites can strengthen each other.
Where stability can create space for movement.
Where strength can meet softness.
Where freedom can exist alongside belonging.
Where structure and spontaneity can create something together.
A culture where differences do not necessarily need to be smoothed out, but can become part of what creates development and new possibilities.
Where we can learn to move with what is changing without losing contact with what gives us direction.
It is not about finding one right way of being in the world.
It is about discovering what becomes possible when different forces are allowed to meet.
Our Invitation
Perhaps you are curious about how different parts of your life fit together.
What gives you energy in everyday life?
What drains you?
When does something work well for you, and when doesn’t it?
At Resiliency Centre, you can bring your everyday life, your experiences, and whatever you are curious about into practice and community.
Maybe you are in the middle of a transition.
Maybe there is something you would like to make more room for.
Maybe you have noticed a pattern in your life that you would like to understand better.
Or perhaps you sense that something in you or in your life is ready for transformation.
You choose what you want to explore and what feels meaningful to you.
