Somatic Lucidity Framework
Mandala of ParticipationÂ
Â
A 6-month guided journey into embodied orientation and participationÂ
Â
Participation is not something you achieve
It is something your system becomes capable of
Most approaches begin with understanding yourself
This begins somewhere else:
In the body in sensation in how you meet the world
"The mind seeks certainty
The senses stay in relationship with what is alive and changing
The mind finds alignment through the senses"

What this is
A 6-month guided process
Based on the Mandala of Participation - an orientation compass for how human beings:
Sense stabilise relate and take their place in the world
This is not a course It is a structured journey where your system gradually reorganizes
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
The foundation
At the center of this work are the three primary senses:
• vestibular
• proprioceptive
• tactile
From here eight capacities unfold - not as steps to achieve, but as movements that begin to organize naturally
If we want to understand how we organize and experience the world, we have to begin in the senses
- Everything builds from here
 The journeyÂ
Â
Phase 1 · Landing in the Body (Month 1–2)
Perception · Orientation · Regulation
You begin to find ground
The body learns the difference
between tension and rest
A stable inner reference starts to form
Phase 2 · Meeting the World (Month 3–4)
Attention · Rhythm · Relation · Roles
You begin to see more clearly
Your patterns
your roles
your ways of adaptingÂ
From the body not from analysis
Phase 3 · Living Your Participation (Month 5–6)
Rhythm · Roles · Participation
Something shifts
You begin to move from your own orientationÂ
Not from pressure, but from clarity
Â
 What becomes possible
• a stable inner reference
• clearer direction in times of change
• the ability to stay with yourself in relation
• more natural rhythm and energy
• authentic participation in your life
Not as something you force, but as something that emerges
Â
 How we work
This is a guided process combining:
• somatic practices
• sensory integration
• reflection and embodied mentalisation
• real-life application
You are supported through:
• live sessions
• guided practices
• a dedicated community space
• ongoing integration
The group is intentionally small, because this work requires presence, not volume
The community
This is not something you do alone
You are part of a small group
moving through the same process
 A space for:
• reflection
• shared experience
• integration
(Private group included)
Who this is for
For those who:
sense something changing, but don’t feel fully grounded in it,
have insight, but lack a stable inner reference
want to move in a new direction, without losing themselves
A different approach
This is not about fixing you, It is about understanding how your system organizes
Not looking for what is wrong, but what you needÂ
And sometimes seeing that what once felt like a limitation may hold a capacity that has not yet been supported
So you can begin to orient from within
A living framework
This is not only something to understand
It is something to live a way to navigate:
your body
your time
your relationships
your participation in the world
Â
A different paceÂ
Not all development follows the same rhythm
Â
Some processes take longer - not because something is wrong, but because something deeper
is taking place
Â
The body does not develop according to fixed timelines
It organizes in response to experience environment and what has been lived
Â
For some this means
moving differently
Taking more time
Going further beneath
what is immediately visible - and over time this can become a different kind of capacity
Â
A deeper sensitivity
A more refined perception
An ability to sense what others overlook
Â
What may once have felt like delay can reveal itself as depth
Â
This work is not built for a standardized path
It supports you in trusting your own rhythm
Â
So you can begin to move in your life - not according to expectation, but from your own orientation
Begin where you are
Â
You don’t need clarity first
We begin by sensing where you are
