What this is

A 6-month guided process

Based on the Mandala of Participation - an orientation compass for how human beings:

Sense stabilise relate and take their place in the world

This is not a course It is a structured journey where your system gradually reorganizes

 

 

 

 

 

The foundation

At the center of this work are the three primary senses:

• vestibular

• proprioceptive

• tactile

From here eight capacities unfold - not as steps to achieve, but as movements that begin to organize naturally

If we want to understand how we organize and experience the world, we have to begin in the senses

 How we work

This is a guided process combining:

• somatic practices

• sensory integration

• reflection and embodied mentalisation

• real-life application

You are supported through:

• live sessions

• guided practices

• a dedicated community space

• ongoing integration

The group is intentionally small, because this work requires presence, not volume

This is not something you do alone

You are part of a small group

moving through the same process

This is not about fixing you, It is about understanding how your system organizes

And sometimes seeing that what once felt like a limitation may hold a capacity that has not yet been supported

Some processes take longer - not because something is wrong, but because something deeper

is taking place

 

The body does not develop according to fixed timelines

 It organizes in response to experience environment and what has been lived

Going further beneath

what is immediately visible - and over time this can become a different kind of capacity

 

A deeper sensitivity

A more refined perception

An ability to sense what others overlook

 

What may once have felt like delay can reveal itself as depth

 

This work is not built for a standardized path
