• how you process sensory input

• how you experience your body and movement

• how your attention and energy shift

• how different environments affect you

 

This is not a test, It’s a way of understanding yourself

-  and what your system needs to feel more clear and stable

Over 4 weeks, you begin to apply what you learn — so it becomes something you can live with   not just something you understand
